How much cooking am I going to be required to do?
My team of chefs have prepared everything for you before it arrives, all you need to do is finish off the dishes by reheating. Don’t worry we’ll provide an instructional video for you to watch prior to the big day
How many does the box serve?
As many as you like. You can order it for 2 or a family of 8+ just select how many in the drop down box when you order
Is there a gluten-free option?
I’m afraid we can’t cater to specific dietary requirements.
Can I add extra of anything?
Absolutely. We’ve got truffle cheese, wine and cocktails you can add
How long can the food be kept for?
Everything in your box is fresh so it will need to be consumed by 26th December (except the fudge). Make sure when you receive your box the items are stored in the fridge until you’re ready to start preparing your meal.
Where do I store the food when I receive it?
Once you get your box, the contents must be stored in their containers in the fridge until you are ready to start preparing the meal.
Do I need to take the food out of the box it was delivered in?
The internal packaging that hold all the individual dishes need to be stored in the fridge until you’re ready to start prepping.
What is the best before date?
Everything in your box is fresh so it will need to be consumed by 26th December 2023. Make sure when you receive your box the items are stored in the fridge until you’re ready to start preparing your meal.
Can I specify a day for collection
No, there are no other collection dates available. Your box will be collected on Tuesday 24th December either between 8-11am or 4-6pm
Do you offer delivery of the boxes?
No, we are only able to offer a collection service.

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order you need to do this by Monday 11th December at the latest. Please just email us on [email protected]. Cancellations can only be made by email. We will not be able to offer refunds to cancellations after this date.
My parcel contains an incorrect item or is missing an item, what do I do?
Please open your box and check off the items against the inventory in the box ASAP. Please contact us on 01159507178 so that we can arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
My collection box is damaged what should I do?

How do I find the allergen information?
The allergen information can be found next to each dish on the menu on the website
Does anything need seasoning or is it already seasoned?
Everything will be seasoned to our standard except a few items but these will all be explained in the instructional video. You can add a little bit of salt depending on your own personal taste.
