Is there parking?
Unfortunately, we do not have private parking. There is on street parking outside the restaurant, but this is restricted to 1 hour between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
The nearest car park is the NCP on Maid Marion Way.
Do we cater for dietaries?
We do cater for dietaries, however we do ask that you let us know at least 48 hours before you’re booking. We cannot however cater for severe allergies such cinnamon and benzoate.
Can I move my booking?
Yes you can move your booking, as long as you let us know 72 hours before your original booking.
How do I book using a voucher?
If you have a voucher, please call the restaurant during office hours and we will book you in over the phone. Please note we do still require card details to secure your booking.
Do you have a dress code?
No we do not, as long as you are comfortable, anything goes!
What days do you offer your 3 course menu?
We offer our 3 course menu on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We also offer the 3 course menu on a Friday and Saturday Lunch.
Do I have to let you know in advance if I want the wine pairing?
No, you can let us know when you arrive.
When does your terrace open?
We open our terrace as soon as the weather permits until people no longer want to sit outside
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to 2 months in advance. We open the diary on the first of the month for the next 2 months
What’s your maximum table size?
Due to the intimate size of our restaurant, the maximum table size we can accommodate on one table is 6 guests. At our discretion and providing we have availability, we can accommodate a larger group up to 8 guests across separate tables.
We also offer private hire for large tables up to 40 guests (maybe a small wedding breakfast or a business function)
Do you add service charge?
A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all bills and is shared in whole, between our team. Service charge at Alchemilla is viewed as an opportunity to reward the team. It does not form part of our wage structure.
Do you accept children?
We welcome children of all ages to experience Alchemilla, please bare in mind we don’t however offer a children’s menu and any child taking up a seat would be expected to eat off our normal menu
Do you have wheelchair access?
We do but we do request that you let us know in the booking notes when you make your reservation. Due to us having a managed access at the entrance we can have this prepared for you in anticipation of your reservation
