Alchemilla is the first venture by Alex Bond. Opened back in August 2017 the restaurant attracted the likes of Grace Dent and The Good Food Guide pretty early on.
Our story
Alchemilla went on to be awarded it’s first Michelin star in 2019 and currently has four Rosettes in The AA Guide. If you’re unfamiliar with Alex’s style of cooking you can expect big yet balanced flavours. Koji, fermentation and pickling play a part across the whole menu.
